Delete your account and data

Option 1: from the viviGo app

If you created your account with an email and password, open viviGo and go to Options → Delete account. You will need to confirm with your password. Deletion is immediate.

Option 2: by email

If you created your account with Continue with Google, or you cannot use the app, write to support@elmonoinversor.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Delete account". It is processed within 30 days at most (usually much sooner) and confirmed by email.

What is deleted

• Your profile and your username.
• Your personal data (the name you may have saved).
• Your friends list and your entry in the matchmaking queue.
• Your Academy progress and your game stats.
• Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication): you can no longer log in.

What is kept, and why

Games, leagues and invitations you shared with other people are kept as part of those other players' history, but with nothing that identifies you: no name, no profile, just an anonymous reference. They cannot be deleted without altering someone else's history.

The website's analytics events are anonymous from the start (they store no IP or personal identifier) and are deleted automatically after about 400 days.
