In Level 1 you calculated your net worth: a snapshot of a single moment. In Level 2 you learned to tell assets from liabilities. This level connects both pieces: cash flow is the real movement of money, month after month, that determines whether you're moving toward financial freedom or away from it, regardless of what your net worth looks like on paper.
Cash flow is the simplest formula you'll see in this entire Academy:
Cash flow = Total income − Total expenses
If the result is positive, you have room to buy assets every month. If it's negative, you're living off your savings or piling up debt, no matter how high your net worth looks today.
